Mr. Shahid
Azim | Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Shahid comes with an International business and finance background,
with over 8 years of experience of heading a consulting firm
in Pakistan. During this time, he represented the interests
of such diverse companies such as GEC-Marconi, BAE, Oxley
Avionics (UK), FMC (USA), MAN (Germany), SAGEM, Aerospatiale
(France) and Isuzu (Japan). Consulting portfolio ranged from
carrying out detailed studies of various trade opportunities
within the country to more project specific in nature such
as technology transfer feasibilities for a number of International
clients. He recently completed a post-graduate business degree
at Harvard University and holds a BBA in Business Finance
from Seattle University. Utilizing his unique International
background, he brings his vision of a team and quality centric
focus in virtually every aspect of strategic planning at Call
Central.

Mr. Ahsan Azim | Director N.A
Operations
Ahsan has spent the last ten years in the management consulting
industry. As a business consultant with Nortel Networks Global
Professional Services, he facilitated business strategy planning
for Next Generation Telecom Service Provides in Asia and the
Americas. The portfolio of his clients includes likes of:
Qwest; Global Crossing; AT&T; Birch Telecom and Reliance
India. While at Andersen Consulting he implemented e-commerce,
CRM and customer help-desks for financial services institutions.
Ahsan has a MBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business
and a B.Sc. in electrical Engineering from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. S. Esphandyar Khan | Director
Business Development and M&A
Esphandyar, also known as ‘Fendi’ joined team
Call Central and brings a strong Business Process Outsourcing
focus to the team. His sound finance related background brings
a broader vision to the Call Central business strategy management
and planning. He has facilitated client services and deployment
of business development & management strategies at U-Haul
International (USA), Lehman Brothers (New York & London),
and Institutional Shareholder Services (USA). His background
and entrepreneurial spirit fits well with the company's core
team's focus on International Business and a professional
work ethic approach. He graduated from Arizona State University
and received his MBA with distinction from Georgetown University
in 2002 specializing in strategy and finance.

Mr. Bob Edelman | VP Sales, N.A
Division
Bob has been developing new business ideas into sustainable
businesses for more than twenty years. He is widely regarded
as a leader in the information technology and internet broadcasting
industries. Bob has been a frequent speaker on internet-related
topics for such organizations as National Public Radio, Comdex,
InternetWorld, Internet Commerce Expo (ICE) and CommerceNet
Consortia. A long-time employee of Marshall Industries (a
multi-billion dollar electronics distributor acquired by AVNET
in 2000), Bob was responsible for founding and growing Marshall’s
computer products business to over $100 million per year.
He negotiated strategic relationships with Sharp, Toshiba,
Penton Corporation, Sony, Quantum Fujitsu and CMP. In 1995,
Bob founded ENEN.com, the Education, News & Entertainment
Network. At ENEN.com he created and managed innovative Internet
broadcasting and demand-creation services for the electronics
industry.

Mr. Amoon Pasha | Director Human
Resource / Administration
Amoon has an exceptional background in representing companies
out of Pakistan as an International Business Coordinator in
North America and Europe. In the past six years he has represented
various organizations including Express Movers where he was
marketing and Human Resource head. Working with such companies
he has secured contracts with various organizations, to name
a few are Alcatel, Siemens, Engro, JICA and NADRA. With a
bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Barton
School of Business, Wichita State University and his vast
experience in dealing with a diverse set of multinationals
gives him the edge that makes him an asset to our team at
Call Central.

Chris Madden | VP Professional Services NA Brings
to the team, 10 years of rich Call Center industry experience
and from his stints with WEST Teleservices, Vision Quest Marketing,
Bankers Trust & Co and US Security. He has managed up
to 400 seats Inbound/Outbound at these companies and delivered
tangible results consistently over the last decade working
for clients such as AT&T, ADT, Yellow Pages, NYNEX and
AIG. Chris provides front end support for our marquee clients
and is instrumental in successful operational execution at
our offshore facilities. He is a strong team player and brings
valuable operational and marketing insights onboard team call
central.
